At Inspirations By Diane, I am confident that you will be very pleased with your jewelry purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment, and your charge account will be credited, less shipping costs.

I will accept your return for a refund or an exchange on any items so long as they have not been worn, altered, or damaged. If you are exchanging ring size, please return your original ring, and I will ship the second one at no cost.

Please email inspirationsbydi@aol.com for an address to send your jewelry (with receipt). Please ship your jewelry prepaid, and insured  through a tracking carrier (First Class Mail, FedEx, DHL or UPS).
